Hickory Creek of Athens is proud to represent its parent company, Foundations Health Solutions, in our Athens community.

Foundations Health Solutions, founded by nursing home developer Brian Colleran, strives to create a "Culture of Care" in a variety of services including post-hospital stay, skilled nursing, inpatient rehabilitation, long-term care, memory care, and ventilator services.
