Hickory Creek of Athens is located in The Plains, Ohio just outside of Athens and a short distance from the beautiful campus of Ohio University. Our 114-bed center offers a full continuum of services and care, including around the clock skilled nursing services for clients needing post-acute care, specialized rehabilitation and long-term care. Our seasoned therapy staff offers physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy that is tailored to meet specific goals that are individualized to benefit each client.
